Across schools, communities and everyday moments, mental fitness continues to show up in exciting new ways.
In classrooms, students are opening up through storytime. In daily routines, people are taking a moment to check in. And in communities, people are coming together - using physical challenges and shared experiences to build their mental fitness.

Connection through storytelling
Founder, Gus Worland, recently spent time in three Mentally Fit Schools across Western Sydney, reading his book Boys Do Cry to students.
From Luddenham to Wetherill Park and Canley Vale, the conversations created space for young people to understand their emotions, speak up and know that all feelings are part of being human.
And in a moment that brought plenty of laughs (and a few hugs), Gus met his match at Canley Vale Public School - their school mascot, also named Gus!
Big thanks to the schools for welcoming us in and all the kids for their great questions and excitement on the day.
Starting the conversation
Coming soon to Chemist Warehouse: The Gotcha4Life Men’s Care Box.
Too many men are struggling in silence, and too many families are feeling the impact.
Launching this May with partners Chemist Warehouse, the Gotcha4Life Men’s Care Box is designed to make it easier for men to take that first step - to check in, open up and stay connected.
It’s a simple but powerful idea: buy a box for yourself and one for a mate. A small gesture that opens the door to a real conversation, while also raising vital funds to support Gotcha4Life’s work in building mental fitness across Australia.
Available in select stores and online from 28 May.

Each one represents a moment to pause, check in, and take a small step to manage how they’re feeling.
With personalised recommendations, multi-day workouts and 100+ guided exercises, the app makes mental fitness practical, accessible and part of daily routines.
