Supporting mentally fit schools
In three tight-knit rural schools on the Mid North Coast of NSW, our recent workshops at Herons Creek Public, Moorland Public and Hannam Vale Public delivered vital mental fitness skills to students, staff and parents. Despite their small size, these communities showed the power of a whole-school approach. A standout was the Student Voice Project, empowering students to lead mental fitness in their schools.
